Are your pieces handmade?

Yes — every piece is designed and made in small batches in Scotland, UK.

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, we currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, depending on your local regulations.

These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will my order take?

UK orders: 2–4 working days after dispatch
USA orders: 5–10 working days after dispatch (may vary due to customs)

What materials do you use?

I use recycled sterling silver and carefully selected natural gemstones and materials in my designs.

How will my order arrive?

Your jewellery is carefully packaged in protective, gift-ready packaging — perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Is your jewellery waterproof / tarnish free?

My pieces are made from solid silver and natural materials.

They’re not “waterproof”, but they are made to last. A little care (like removing before swimming, showering, or heavy wear) will keep them looking their best.

Silver naturally tarnishes over time, but it’s easy to restore with a soft silver polishing cloth
