All orders are processed within 2–5 working days. Made-to-order items (such as custom rings) may take 3-4 weeks to be created before dispatch.

United Kingdom

UK Shipping Options:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £2.95 (Free on orders £50+)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £3.77 (Free on orders £50+)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery — Free on orders £100+

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States

Orders are managed by Global-e and shipped through your chosen delivery service at checkout. 

• Delivery times, import taxes and customs duties are shown at checkout.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but if there are any issues with your delivery, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.

Incorrect addresses:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or delayed items:
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me and I will help investigate with the courier.
