Refund policy

Returns (UK & International)

I accept returns on most items.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, items should be sent back within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please email hello@ebbandevergreen.co.uk with your order number.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

International Returns (USA)

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to the UK.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

• Made-to-order pieces (including custom ring sizes)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked over, I will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will resolve this for you.
